
Ingredients:
- 1 tin chick peas,
- 3 tbspns tahini paste,
- 1 tspn garlic minced,
- ½ tspn cumin seeds,
- ½ cup lemon juice,
- 2 tbspns olive oil,
- Salt & pepper to taste,
- Fresh parsley to garnish,
Preparation:
- Add chick peas, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the processor
- Add tahini paste & stir, add olive oil, yogurt & cumin
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Add fresh parsley & drizzle with olive oil.
