
Ingredients:
- 6oz Self raising flour,
- 6oz Caster sugar,
- 6oz Margarine (stork),
- 3 eggs,
- 1 tspn baking powder,
- 1 tspn vanilla essence,
Method:
- Whisk in blender for 4 – 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved (liquid),
- Pour into two 7” sandwich tins at gas mark 4 for 25 mins. approx,
- Leave to cool approx 1-hour,
- Filling: Add raspberry jam, double cream (whisked) & strawberries,
- Place layers together, sprinkle icing sugar on top.
